Powerpac heat pumps are designed to greatly extend the swimming season by several months in most climates.
Ozone friendly & efficient
Zodiac are one of the few manufacturers of heat pumps in the world today that have taken the step of using the Ozone friendly gas R410a. R410a not only benefits the environment, it is far more efficient than other gases because of the extreme pressure that it operates under, around 60% higher than R22. This means you have a very energy efficient unit, costing as little as a few dollars a day to run.
Intelliheat-set & forget
Zodiacs unique IntelliHeat - set and forget function allows you to set your desired water temperature and then walk away. The Intelliheat function will sense when the water temperature drops and provide a shot of heat to maintain the desired temperature. Zodiac is the only heating solution that works independently of the filtration system in this way.
Performance
The performance rating of Zodiac heat pumps is world class ranging from 4.75-5.22 COP (Coefficient Of Performance) in real world conditions. COP is the measure of the amount of power generated by the power used. When making COP comparisons ask for COP ratings in cool conditions (eg:15oc) when you need the heat pump working at its best. All zodiac Heat pumps are designed to perform to temperatures as low as 10oc, Edenpac6 is also available in a subzero model for temperatures as low as -5oc.
Please note: for optimal performance, a pool cover should be used with any heat pump.
Whisper Quiet
Noise control for external household appliances like heat pumps is a big issue! That's why we have designed our units to be whisper quiet. For example (quieter than most air conditioners). These super quiet products will keep you and your neighbours happy.

We are so confident in the durability of our products that we give you a life time warranty on all the titanium parts regardless of the method of sanitation is used, whether its chlorine, salt, bromine or even sea water. All other parts are covered by a 2 year warranty, plus you have the added peace of mind knowing that you are buying a product designed and manufactured in Europe.
