Dosing Systems
Fully automatic dosing systems are by far the most accurate of all the dosing products available.
Chlorine and or pH sensors are in constant contact with the water sending the actual chlorine and pH readings to the control center.
The controller compares the actual levels to the desired set levels (which are fully adjustable) and then automatically doses the correct amount of chemical required to maintain the set levels.
One huge advantage with this type of system is that any sudden fluctuations of the chlorine and or pH levels are recognised and corrected.
Causes of sudden fluctuations of the chlorine and pH levels are: whether conditions, seasons, water temperature, batha loads (amount of people using the pool).
The actual levels are normally displayed on the controller and can be used by commercial operators to update level log books, thus saving time not having to do frequent manual testing.
These types of systems are very technical devises so it is recommended that they be serviced by an expert regularly.
